Bacel Nseir, MD

Dr. Bacel Nseir is a board-certified physician specializing in infectious diseases and internal medicine. He joined CLS Health on May 1, 2015, and brings extensive clinical experience from working with numerous respected healthcare facilities across the Houston area, including Bay Area Rehabilitation Center, Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, and Houston Physicians Hospital.

Dr. Nseir earned his medical degree from Tishreen University College of Medicine in Latakia, Syria. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship in infectious diseases at LSU University Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he also served as Section Chief of Infectious Diseases and Associate Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He further specialized with an infectious disease fellowship at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans and completed an internal medicine/pediatrics residency at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Youngstown, Ohio.

Dr. Nseir also held a faculty position as Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. Known for his compassionate, evidence-based approach, he is committed to providing expert, personalized care for patients facing a wide range of infectious diseases.
