Candice Burnette, MD, is a board-certified pain management specialist practicing at CLS Health Pain Management Associates in Sugar Land.

She earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completed advanced training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Burnette specializes in the evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic pain using interventional therapies and minimally invasive procedures.
